At Sunlight And Snowflakes, we’re committed to offering quality products, unparalleled service and the most competitive prices in town. Great service begins with great people and industry experience, which is why our staff is made up of the best and most qualified in the business.  We strive to use non-GMO and sustainable products, but some alternatives may be used.  All our products are made in small batches so some coloring or fragrances may seem slightly different with each batch but our ingredients are measured to ensure consistency.

And to ensure that you and your family are safe, we have included a listing of all our product ingredients or additives with information about what is in them.  We included the manufactures names in case you wanted to do your own research beyond what we have included.

Since 2000, Sunlight And Snowflakes has become the most well-known Gift Shop in Colorado. What started out as a hobby has become our passion. We’re proud to have created a generation of happy customers and look forward to continuing our work for years to come!

From Bars to Liquids

Our Bath and Body Items are made in small batches to ensure the best quality.

Our bar soap is made through a process called Saponification and Cold Process.

Saponification is a process that involves the conversion of fat, oil, or lipid, into soap and alcohol by the action of heat in the presence of aqueous alkali (e.g. NaOH or KOH).

Cold Process Soap is made by combining oils and sodium or potassium hydroxide lye, which causes a chemical reaction called saponification. In the process, we add the oils, sodium hydroxide (NaOH or KOH), scents, colorants, and any other ingredients.

Our lotions are made with high quality ingredients.  Lighter lotions made with water do have a preservative for your safety.  We researched hours and hours on the best preservative, oil, fragrances and additives for each lotion.  We test all our products on our family members first.

Allergy Alert: For those with allergies or sensitive skin, please test on a small area of skin first.

Common Sense Caution:  For external use only.  Avoid contact with eyes.  If contact occurs, flush eyes thoroughly with cool water.  If adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and contact a physician.
